International university alliances thrive on cooperation, commitment and mutual trust. For cooperation to succeed, it not only requires visibility and external communication, but also robust internal structures and processes - especially when navigating tensions or conflicting goals. The two-part workshop series supports employees from administration, research, transfer, communication, and project management in the ChallengeEU alliance. It promotes skills in stakeholder engagement, open science, and internal conflict resolution – aimed at reinforcing current alliance structures and proactively addressing risks identified during the preparatory phase.
