If you click on "Submit new abstract" you will first have to register on Indico with your e-mail address and a password of your choice.
Abstracts are limited to 1 page. The use of the abstract template is mandatory. The template can be downloaded here. Please upload the abstract as both, Word and PDF files. The submission form will allow you to indicate whether you apply for poster or oral presentation, and will request you to select keywords.
This submission site remains open for oral and poster contributions until January 12, 2025, 23:59 CET.
Poster prints: ISO A0 size please (height: 119 cm, width: 84 cm).
Here is a note for the oral presenters: the talk should last 15 minutes with a subsequent question and answer session of 4 minutes and 1 minute to switch to the next speaker.
Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by January 17, 2025.
Accepted contributions remain preliminary until registration and payment (deadline: January 27, 2025) have been completed.
The abstracts of contributing authors will be published in the ModVal 2025 Book of Abstracts, which will be available for download from the ModVal 2025 website.
