The conference registration fee is 450 € for regular participants and 350 € for undergraduate students (bachelor and master students with ID) and includes value added tax. The late registration fee is 550 € for regular participants and 450 € for undergraduate students. We kindly ask undergraduate students to send a proof to modval2025@hs-offenburg.de. The registration fee includes:
- Conference registration
- Get-together and dinner buffet on March 10
- All lunch & coffee breaks
- Conference dinner
Accommodation is not included, hotels have to be booked individually.

After you click on the „Apply“ button, your registration will be binding. We will send a bill to your email address, this will take a few days. Payment via bank transfer only. Payment deadline is two weeks after receipt of bill. Your registration will only be effective after we receive your payment. We will notify you via e-mail when your registration is complete.
All oral and poster presenters must also register. Of course you can also register and participate at the conference without presentation.
