DESCRIPTION:International university alliances thrive on cooperation\, com
 mitment and mutual trust. For cooperation to succeed\, it not only require
 s visibility and external communication\, but also robust internal structu
 res and processes - especially when navigating tensions or conflicting goa
 ls. The two-part workshop series supports employees from administration\, 
 research\, transfer\, communication\, and project management in the Challe
 ngeEU alliance. It promotes skills in stakeholder engagement\, open scienc
 e\, and internal conflict resolution – aimed at reinforcing current alli
 ance structures and proactively addressing risks identified during the pre
 paratory phase.  Speaker profiles Dr Annette Klinkert is an internation
 ally experienced workshop facilitator\, trainer and science communicator. 
 Since 2012\, she has been Managing Director of city2science (www.city2scie
 nce.de)\, a German company that develops innovative communication approach
 es linking scientific institutions with urban and regional development str
 ategies.  Dr. Verena Molitor is a project manager at city2science GmbH. 
 At city2science\, she develops innovative engagement approaches\, training
  programmes and application designs that link scientific institutions with
  urban and regional development strategies. She also organises workshops a
 nd training courses on topics such as science communication\, open innovat
 ion and public engagement.  The workshop Target group: Stakeholders from
  research\, transfer\, communication and university management within the
