In the first two workshops you have learned how to optimize your learning strategies and how to be more effective with respect to your time management. Additionally, recovery and relaxation are crucial for well-being and for maintaining motivation and performance. Furthermore, sleep plays a particularly important role – as we consolidate new information during sleep: not only for recovery, but also for the learning process.
Together with our trainer Dominic Vogt you will work out how to achieve a healthy balance between activation and recovery during the third workshop.

Regular breaks
After work rituals for a clear cut between working hours and leisure time
Relaxation exercises for every day (e.g., breathing relax, brief forms of progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness techniques)
List and discussion about different possibilities on how to sleep better
